Girder Group provides contracted software development, platform engineering, and technology advisory services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms of any engagement are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) entered into between Girder Group and the client. These Terms of Service govern use of our website and general communications only.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Girder Group Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Client-specific work product, ownership rights, and licensing terms are defined in the applicable SOW and MSA. Nothing on this website grants any licence to our intellectual property.
Confidentiality
Any information shared with Girder Group through our contact form or direct communication will be treated with appropriate confidentiality. Formal confidentiality obligations for client engagements are established through a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to or at the commencement of work.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Girder Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any content herein. Our total liability in connection with website use shall not exceed USD $100. Liability caps for contracted engagements are defined in the applicable MSA.
